Very close to the village of El Rocío and the beach of Matalascañas, as well as the Coto de Doñana. The farm has 255 feet, of Manzarilla olive trees, with drip irrigation, which is supplied by a well, built and legalized in 2018 of 30 m deep, 15 m of static level and 1.5 m in diameter. Its interior, behind the insulation, is covered with white plasterboard. There is a fireplace and two showers.
